problems, by relieving the psychosomatic and psychological symptoms of imbalances in their clients' energy
and spiritual systems.
THE ENERGY SYSTEM

Psychotherapy only makes sense if it is related to the human energy viewed
as a whole (wholistic) system encompassing the spiritual, mental ad
physical dimensions. It is not necessary to persue any of the Tibetan, hindus or
Himalayan belief systems, if only to be positive and open to sharing their
concepts and practices, and accordingly to receive the positive
benefits of using these techniques.
In addition to having a physical body which is
fueled by food, we humans also run on an intricate energy body and mind system . This
mental energy system holds the
key to many of the disturbances we experience in our daily lives. When it is out

need of a tuning up. The symptoms may take the form of any type of emotional
disturbance, including phobias, anger, depression, grief, guilt, anxiety, and a
full range of fears, to name a few. There may also be physical symptoms like
pain, headaches, asthma and tension that are related to the negative emotions. Energy
balancing through tibetan psychotherapy provides relief from the majority of

HOW EMOTIONAL RELEASE WORKS

of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy and its related
spiritual entity, viewed as a system. With
remarkable consistency, Tibetan Psychotherapy relieves symptoms using
mandalas, mantras, energy directed flows, prana exercise, visualization and a
range of techniques such as specific points on the body that correspond with acupuncture points on the
energy meridians. Where there is an emotional imbalance, there is a
corresponding blockage in the flow of energy through the meridian system. We
release the blockages. When blockages are eased and released, the emotions come into balance. Once balanced, the person cannot get
upset about the same past circumstance no matter how hard they try. The memory remains but
the charge is gone. Typically, the result is lasting and the person's awareness
usually changes in a positive way as a natural result of the healing.
